1.1. Responsible to the Board of Management for work related to capital construction at facilities in the system Based on agreements, commitments, technical designs, and coordination with the application investors to carry out construction and installation work according to the right direction. Help, support, and advice on professional issues related to the construction field. Manage volume and related value between the two parties. Coordination in construction of bidding packages between the two parties took place smoothly. Promote and urge the construction process to be carried out on schedule. Coordinate and ensure safety during construction.

Receive direction from the Executive Board on investment items. Prepare technical plans and explain the plans. Estimate investment costs. Organize bidding invitations/competitive bids. Organize supervision and urge contractors to implement bidding packages and resolve problems arising during the implementation of the contract package. Acceptance of stages and completion of the bidding package. Check the volume and quality of the bidding package. Manage issues related to hygiene and environment for the entire school.

Job requirements and benefits

Request: Graduated from college or specialized university. Expertise in asset management, CSVC or related fields, with knowledge about construction design drawing software. Informatics level: Basic and proficient application of information technology.
